PEGA Express
The interactions of customers with PEGA platform is known as customer journeys. PEGA Express is based on Agile approach. Customer journey is broken down into smaller pieces called microjourneys. It helps to release a Minimum Loveable Product(MLP) and helps to attain a specific goal. Pega Express focuses on delivering one goal at a time. To define an MLP release, focus on three core elements, or pillars, of a great application: (1) Microjourneys, (2) personas and channels, and (3) data and interfaces.
Let’s take a real world scenario to understand this. Suppose a customer wants to change the address, his first step will be a request to change the address. So this is known as a microjourney. Now, who is interacting with the application? the customer ,right? It can also be the employee. They are the personas. Also, the customer interact with the application through a medium like web portal. So web portal act as a channel.
Now let’s look into data and interfaces. In the above example, the customer’s address is data, and the system in which the information resides is the interface.
